Subscription Terms & Billing Policy

1. Subscription Models: Instant Lead Responder offers three primary monthly subscription tiers: Starter ($49 + GST/mo), Growth ($99 + GST/mo), and Elite ($220 + GST/mo).

2. Recurring Billing: All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle processed natively through Social Reach Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3. GST Application: All headline prices are quoted exclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). A 10% GST charge applies to all Australian residents and businesses.

4. Sub-Account Provisioning: Each active subscription provisions a dedicated Social Reach customer sub-account. Account access remains active while subscription billing is maintained in good standing.
